diahrreoa!

today is another short day in school. my father always doubt that i got go to school and study or not. my life in school is too short. he always see me at home. i just don't know what to say. all i can say is the school is like that. this is poly life. after school i went to the gym with wee siang. its being quite a long time since i went to the gym. i'm still having my flu and cough. cough was much better liao. i don't cough so often now. once a while only. i am goin to get back my normal self soon. yesterday i did not blog again. went to play gunbound with ling wei and charlene. ok back to just now. the gym session was bad. real bad. i don't have the strength like i have in the past. i only do a few sets on the machine and i move on to the dumbells. i took the 10kg one. just to train my arm. biceps if i'm not wrong. i did about 5 sets of 10 and i stop. i didn't really do much at the gym. i am feeling giddy. i got diahrreoa in the gym somemore. went to shit in the mids of my training. that was first time i'm doing that. lol. tomorrow i'll be getting muscles pain for sure.
