if you people were to think that gym is for body builders only,
then you're wrong.
gym is also a fat burner exercise.
doesn't mean you have to sweat it all out to burn fats.
in fact i'm burning fat right now while typing this post.
what i wanna mean is that your body is constantly burning energy to keep you alive.
gym is to help you gain more lean body mass (muscles la).
1 pound of lean body mass burns approximately 50 calories per day.
1 pound of fat mass burns approximately 2 calories per day.
just by putting muscles on to your body you can burn calories without the need to sweat.
isn't it a good news for you?

just now when i was at the gym,
i saw an aunty at about 60 years of age in the gym.
incredible huh?
this proves that gym is for anybody at any age or gender but not suitable for children.
lols.
