old lady: hey doctor, i don't know whats wrong with my ass. i've been farting alot but there's no smell and no sound. while walking here i farted 10 times.

doctor: ok here's your medicine. do come back next week for appointment.

next week...

old lady: hey doctor, i don't know what happen to your medicine. i still farts alot but after the medication, my fart smells. but theres still no sound from my fart.

doctor: good. i've cured your sense of smell. now i have to find medicine to cure your sense of hearing.
